Introduction

You have arrived at a website provided by WHP Plus, LLC (collectively, “Company,” “we,” “our” or “us”).

We provide this Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to tell you what information we collect about you, how we obtain it, how we share it, and how you may limit the ways in which we use your Personal Information when you access our Site (as defined below) or use our Services (each defined below). Scope

This Policy governs this website, its subdomains, and all subdomains or portals that link to this Policy (the “Site”), as well as your interactions with us online or when you provide Personal Information. This Policy also applies to Personal Information we collect from you via phone calls or other communications with our representatives, or whenever you contact us. We refer to all of the above as our “Services.”

This Policy does not apply to information collected at our shops within other retail brick and mortar stores or any outlet stores. Those locations are operated by their respective owners. You may review the applicable privacy policy for those stores for more information on how that retailer collects personal information. This Policy also does not apply to any information collected by the Company or any of its affiliates related to any person’s actual or potential employment by the Company and/or any of its affiliates.

For the purpose of this Notice, "Personal Information" means any Personal Information that identifies, relates to, describes, references, is reasonably capable of being associated with, or could reasonably be linked with a particular individual, or any other information that is protected by applicable privacy laws. The definition of Personal Information may not include certain publicly available information under applicable privacy laws.

By using our Site or otherwise using our Services, you acknowledge this Policy and agree to our Terms of Service (“Terms”).

Children’s Privacy

We do not request, or knowingly collect, any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 16 and ask that children under 16 not provide any Personal Information to us without verifiable parental consent. All portions of our Site that collect Personal Information are intended for the adults over the legal age of majority, or for users over the age of 16. If you are the parent or guardian of a child under 16 who you believe has provided her or his information to us, please contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below to request the deletion of that information.

What Information We Collect

We collect Personal Information from various sources, including directly from you when you provide it to us, automatically as you navigate through or otherwise use our Services, information we get from third parties, for example, data brokers, and other information that we may create about you as you use our Services. We may also infer information about you based on the Personal Information we collect through other means. When we do so, we consider this inferred information Personal Information.

Information That You Provide to Us

As you interact with our Site or Services, we (and the vendors and other parties we use to perform services on our behalf) collect the following Personal Information directly from you when you fill out forms or upload documents and other files on or through the Site, the online chat function,, and through telephone calls, emails and other communications with you. This may include:

Contact information such as your first and last name, email address, billing or shipping address, telephone numbers, mobile numbers.
Other identifiers, which may include names of parties being shipped to, shipping addresses, dates of birth, and/or social media account handles.
Username and password to set up an account with us and to provide security questions and answers in connection with your account.
Contact information and other identifiers may be sourced directly from you
Financial information such as your credit card or debit card number, bank account information and your payment, service and purchase history.
Other information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally.

Information That Is Automatically Collected

Like many businesses, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information when you visit or use our Site or Services (“Usage Information”). This information may be collected via cookies and other tracking technologies (see the Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies section below) and may be stored on or accessed from your computer, phone, tablet, or other device (each, a “Device”). Usage Information includes:

Your IP address, IDFA, Android/Google Advertising ID, IMEI, or another unique identifier;
Your Device functionality (including browser, browser language, settings and behavior, operating system, hardware, mobile network information);
Referring and exit web pages and URLs, and search terms you may have used to find our Site;
The areas within the Site that you visit and your activities there, including remembering you and your preferences, products you viewed, and search terms or other data you may have entered on the Site;
The number, description, or content of videos or other audiovisual material that you have viewed while on our Site;
Your Device location or other location information, including the zip code, state or country from which you accessed the Services;
Your Device characteristics (such as device type (computer vs. mobile) and ID, operating system, hardware);
Certain other Device data, including the time of day you visit our Site or other information used to provide analytics or other usage information;
Information about your engagement with our emails; and
Statistical information about how both unregistered and registered users, collectively, use the Site and Services.

With your consent (when appropriate), we collect this Usage Information automatically when you use or engage with our Services. We may use this information to personalize content, send you coupons, offers, and other information, and deliver relevant advertising. We also use it for analytics to help improve the Site, our products, services, and advertising. See the “Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies” and “Ads and Information About You” sections below for more details.

For location information, some of our Services include features based on users’ actual locations (for instance, to help you find a store carrying our products) and may report on users’ current locations (“Location-Based Services”). If you use Location-Based Services, we collect and store information about your location at the time you use those Location-Based Services (in addition to some automatically collected geolocation data). This information comes from a variety of sources depending on the device you use to access the Services; for example, a mobile phone may report its GPS location at the time Location-Based Services are used. By using any of these Location-Based Services, you hereby provide the Company consent to collect your precise location. Depending on your device, you may be required to provide additional consent to use Location-Based Services.

If you do not want us or our service providers to collect and use your location information, you may refuse consent or disable location features on your device when these options are available (or simply not use Location-Based Services). Check your device settings for instructions. Please note that disabling these features may limit your access to certain features, Services, content, promotions, or products.

Information Collected from Third Parties

We may collect your contact information and other identifiers from third-party providers, such as data brokers or social media platform, like Facebook, Instagram, X, and Pinterest.

The Site includes functionality that allows certain kinds of interactions between the Site and a third-party website or application. The use of this functionality may involve the third-party providing information to us, or us providing information to the third party. For example, we may use an e-commerce vendor, such as Shopify, to host some of our shopping experiences, and that vendor may provide us with your order information, including your billing and shipping address and contact information. We also might collect information from you, such as your username or handle, general location, or other information, from our social media pages, or from when you use our chat features or post messages via blogs, message boards or other interactive forums. We may also receive or transmit information to third parties if you view video content on our Site. Other examples include that we might obtain information about the device, network activity, traffic, and usage of our Site from third parties. We might also provide links to make it easier to send a communication from the Site, or we may use third parties to make it easier to send emails or post to social media (like a “Share” or “Forward” button). These third parties also use cookies and other tracking technologies to capture information about your interactions with our Site and our Company.

Company does not have control over the information that is collected, used, and shared by these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy statements of these third parties to understand their privacy practices.

Information We Infer

We may draw conclusions about you based on Personal Information and other information we collect. For example, based on your browsing or purchases, we may infer your gender, age, interest in certain activities or brands, or purchasing patterns over time.

Use of Cookies and other Tracking Technologies

We may use various methods and technologies (“Tracking Technologies”) to store or collect Usage Information, to recognize your browser or device, learn more about your interests to personalize your experience, and deliver our Site and Services to you. These tracking technologies allow us to collect information such as your device type, browser type, interactions with our Site, geographic location, your web request, the date and time of your web request, your Internet Protocol address, the domain name of your Internet service provider, the contents of your cart on our Site, and other data. If this information considered Personal Information under applicable state privacy laws or you can be identified from this information, for example by combination with other pieces of information, then we will treat this information as Personal Information. Tracking Technologies may set, change, alter or modify settings or configurations on your Device. By using this Site, you consent to our use of Tracking Technologies.

The Tracking Technologies we use include, but are not limited to:

Cookies. A cookie is a file placed on a Device to uniquely identify your browser or to store information on your Device. Our Site may use HTTP cookies, HTML5 cookies and other types of cookie technology to store information on local storage.
Pixels: A pixel is a small graphic file that allows us and third parties to monitor the use of the Site and provide us with information based on your interaction with the Site. Like many other companies, we use the Meta pixel and may use other pixels. We may use this information in combination with cookies to display targeted advertisements.
Web Beacons. A Web Beacon is a small tag (which may be invisible to you) that may be placed on our Site’s pages and messages.
Embedded Scripts. An embedded script is programming code that is designed to collect information about your interactions with the Site, such as the links you click on.
ETag, or entity tag. An eTag or entity tag is a feature of the cache in browsers. It is an opaque identifier assigned by a web server to a specific version of a resource found at a URL. We may use tags via Google Tag Manager or Google Analytics.
Browser Fingerprinting. Collection and analysis of information from your Device, such as, without limitation, your operating system, plug-ins, system fonts and other data, for purposes of identification.
Recognition Technologies. These technologies, including application of statistical probability to data sets, attempt to recognize or make assumptions about users and devices (e.g., that a user of multiple devices is the same user).

We may use the following types of cookies:

Essential/Strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are essential for you to browse the Sites and use its features, such as accessing secure areas of the site or to prevent fraud. You cannot disable this type of cookie on our Site.
Functionality cookies. Also known as “preference cookies,” these cookies allow the Sites to remember choices you have made in the past, like what language you prefer, or what your username and password are so you can automatically log in. We process certain Personal Information to fulfill any other business or commercial purposes, in any other way we may describe when you provide the information, or any other purposes at your direction or with your consent.

When We Disclose Information

We may share your information, including your Personal Information, for any purpose permitted by law, including without limitation to:

affiliated entities;
licensees;
retailers;
service providers;
advertisers;
third parties that may request such information by way of subpoena or other form of legal proceeding;
state or federal agencies or regulators; and/or
actual and/or potential investors, partners, or purchasers.

Finally, we may aggregate, de-identify, and/or anonymize any information collected through the Sites or Services such that such information is no longer linked to your personally identifiable information. We may use and share this aggregated and anonymized information (which is no longer considered Personal Information) for any purpose, including without limitation, for research and marketing purposes, and may also share such data with our affiliates and third parties, including advertisers, promotional partners and others.

Ads and Information About You

You may see certain ads on our Sites because we participate in advertising networks administered by third parties. These networks track your online activities over time and across third party websites and online services by collecting information through automated means, including through the use of the Tracking Technologies described above, and they use this information to show you advertisements that are tailored to your individual interests. The information they collect includes information about your visits to our Sites, such as the pages you have viewed. This collection and ad targeting takes place on our Sites and on third-party websites that participate in the ad network. This process also helps us track the effectiveness of our communications and marketing efforts.

Automated Decision Making

Automated decision making refers to a decision that is taken solely on the basis of automated processing of your Personal Information. We use innovative technologies, including artificial intelligence, to help us identify and predict through algorithm methods, products, services or other information that may be of interest to you based on the information you provide. We may, for instance, use this technology in our automated chatbot, or in suggesting to you products that you may like. This may lead to automated decisions about you being taken using technology without human involvement. It may involve automatic decisions regarding our products, services and other information. The purpose is to improve your experience of our products and services by way of offering you tailored products and services and being able to respond effectively and swiftly to any of your feedback. By using our Site, you consent to our use of automated decision making for these purposes and any other purposes that may be disclosed to you when we use it.

Retention of Personal Information

We consider the following factors when determining how long to retain Personal Information:

Communications Preferences

We want to keep your Personal Information accurate and up to date. To change your contact information, please log in to your account to make changes or contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. We will make good faith efforts to update our active databases as soon as reasonably practicable (but we may retain prior information as business records).

You can opt out of receiving marketing emails or text messages from us at any time. You will still receive transactional messages from us. To manage your email preferences with us, please click on the Unsubscribe link in any email you receive from us or contact us using the information in the Contact Us section below. Your choice will not affect our ability to share information in the other ways described in this Policy.

Please note that opting out of our marketing communications does not automatically opt you out of communications you may receive directly from our affiliated entities. Our affiliates maintain their own marketing lists and communication preferences. To opt out of marketing communications from an affiliate, please follow the unsubscribe instructions in any communication you receive from that affiliate or contact such affiliate directly.

Controlling Our Use of Tracking Technologies

We only use non-essential Tracking Technologies with your explicit consent. You can consent or refuse consent through the cookie banner when you first access the Site and occasionally thereafter (or anytime after you have cleared cookies from your device). If you would like to change your choice, you may do so at any time through our cookie consent manager, which you may access by clicking the “Cookies” link on the bottom of a page of our Site and adjusting your preferences for non-essential Tracking Technologies.

Opt-Out Preference Signals

You can opt-out of cookies by enabling an opt-out preference signal (OOPS) on your browser or opting-out of cookies in our Sites’ cookie preference centers. Our Site currently only recognizes the Global Privacy Control (GPC) OOPS. Please see our section above entitled “Use of Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies” for more information on how to opt out of cookies.

We will try to honor your choices, but because some choices are set at the browser or device level, you may have to make these choices multiple times if you use different browsers or different Devices.

Please note that even if you exercise the opt-out choices above, you may continue to receive advertisements, for example, ads based on the website you are viewing (e.g., contextually based ads), or ads that are not targeted at you and may be less relevant.

Do Not Track

Do Not Track (“DNT”) is a web browser setting that requests that a web application disable its tracking of an individual user. When you choose to turn on the DNT setting in your browser, your browser sends a special signal to websites, analytics companies, ad networks, plug in providers, and other web services you encounter while browsing to stop tracking your activity. Various third parties are developing or have developed signals or other mechanisms for the expression of consumer choice regarding the collection of information about an individual consumer’s online activities over time and across third-party websites or online services (e.g., browser do not track signals), but there is no universally agreed upon standard for what an organization should do when it detects a DNT signal. Visitors to the Site Outside of the United States

Our Sites are not intended for visitors outside of the United States and we do not direct our activities at users outside of the United States. If you are visiting the Site from a location outside of the U.S., your connection will be through and to servers located in the U.S. All information you receive from the Site will be created on servers located in the U.S., and all information you provide will be maintained on web servers and systems located within the U.S. The data protection laws in the United States may differ from those of the country in which you are located, and your information may be subject to access requests from governments, courts, or law enforcement in the United States according to laws of the United States. By using the Site or providing us with any information, you consent to the transfer to, and processing, usage, sharing and storage of your information in the United States and in other countries, as set forth in this Policy.

For your convenience, the Site and this Policy may contain links to other websites. Company is not responsible for the privacy practices, advertising, products, services, or the content of such other websites. None of the links on the Site should be deemed to imply that Company endorses or has any affiliation with the links.

Security

We incorporate commercially reasonable safeguards to help protect and secure your Personal Information. However, no data transmission over the Internet, mobile networks, wireless transmission, or electronic storage of information can be guaranteed 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from the Site, and you provide us with your information at your own risk.

Your California Privacy Rights

Shine the Light

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (California’s “Shine the Light” law) permits users of our Site that are California residents and who provide Personal Information in obtaining products and services for personal, family, or household use to request certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Information to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. If applicable, this information would include the categories of Personal Information and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared your Personal Information with for the immediately prior calendar year (e.g., requests made in 2026 will receive information regarding such activities in 2025). You may request this information once per calendar year. To make such a request, please send an email to privacy@whpplus.com. We do not currently disclose Personal Information protected under this section to third parties for their own direct marketing purposes.

Eraser Law

California law permits minors under the age of 18 to request the removal of their user-posted content (such as product reviews), subject to certain exceptions. If you are under the age of 18 in California, you may contact us via email to privacy@whpplus.com with the subject line “California Eraser Law Request”. We may not remove your user-posted content that we are required to retain under any federal or state law, or that have been provided to a third party. While we will do our best to remove a minor’s user-posted content upon a valid request, we cannot ensure the complete or comprehensive removal of your user-posted content from our Site or any information that has been republished, copied, downloaded, or reposted by any third party, and we cannot guarantee that any such information may not be accessible to users of the Internet in the future. We do not advertise or market any of the products or services identified in California Business and Professionals Code Section 22580(i) to users who we have actual knowledge are under 18 years of age.

Your Privacy Rights under Other US State Laws

We currently do not meet the thresholds to be subject to any other general privacy laws in the United States, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or the Virgina Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA). If we become subject to any such law, we will update this Policy as described below with details required under such laws, including any additional rights you may have under such laws.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may change this Privacy Policy at any time. We will post all changes to this Policy on this page and will indicate at the top of the page the modified policy’s effective date. We therefore encourage you to refer to this page on an ongoing basis so that you are aware of our current privacy policy. If required by the applicable law, we will notify you of the changes.

By continuing to use the Site or Services or providing us with information following an update to the Privacy Policy, you agree that you will be bound by the Privacy Policy as changed.
